Our Principals
Patricia Cooke, Founder and President
Patty is responsible for most of the face-to-face contact with Wentworth's clients. She works with clients to develop marketing strategies, then assembles creative teams and provides creative oversight to implement the strategies.
Patty founded Wentworth in 2004 after directing real estate sales and marketing programs for more than 20 years. She has held positions as Vice President of The Codman Company, Vice President of The Stabile Companies, and Director of Marketing for DeWolfe New England. In addition, she has provided services to numerous companies as an independent real estate marketing consultant. Her experience conducting marketing programs for both builder/developers and real estate agencies has given her a unique perspective that helps her counsel a wide variety of clients.
Wendy Ducharme, Creative Manager/Chief Copywriter
Wendy is the primary copywriter for Wentworth and supervises the public relations programs. She guides the design services provided by affiliated graphic and web designers and manages the scheduling of all creative projects.
Wendy has been a copywriter and publicist since 1982. Before joining Wentworth, she offered writing and public relations services through her own firm based in Manchester, NH. In addition to her marketing work, she has written numerous articles for area business publications. Wendy has written extensively for real estate developers, sales agents, builders, architects and interior designers.
Eileen Lawson, Production Manager
Eileen tracks, supports and helps to implement all marketing initiatives from start to finish. She is responsible for vendor research, contract development, analysis of marketing to sales data and traffic control on marketing programs. She also takes an active role in lead management initiatives.
For the past 28 years, Eileen has worked in sales, marketing, training and operations management in the insurance, technology, retail and real estate industries in the New England area.
Karen McKenzie, Special Events Coordinator
Karen is responsible for coordinating and implementing all special sales events for our clients. She works with client sales staff to develop schedules, coordinate vendors and/or guests, hire/train/manage event staff, assemble collaterals, and oversee visitor traffic.
Karen joined Wentworth after serving as Marketing Coordinator for a company that provided marketing and sales services to developers for over 20 communities around New England.
