We've all seen condominiums built in the early 80's. Laminate cabinets, lower end finishes and pretty slim on details. This unit was reworked with a new kitchen, a rework of an existing bathroom to create a built in bar / storage area and adding things like built ins, an eclectic balusters to the staircase and adding a screened porch.
