WHAT

Full Renovation of a Foreclosed, Abandoned Property and a New Construction Addition

WHERE

Wolfeboro, New Hampshire

Within walking distance to downtown, this home had been abandoned and foreclosed on. An entire rear section was rotted and needed to be removed. The main house floor plan was chopped up. The space was reworked to create a new kitchen, dining room and three en suite bedrooms. Two additions were done; one smaller that created a mudroom entry, 1/2 bath, laundry area and work alcove. The second, larger addition replaced the old section that had been removed and created a family room, bar area, and back staircase to a master suite. Also in this space is a 2 car garage and larger rear porch.
