What a Barn! Built in the early 1800's it was in extreme disrepair and about to fall off of the old granite piers under it. We lifted the structure to pour a full foundation under it - creating a 40 x 60 much needed basement for commercial storage. We added insulation, heat, AC, a commercial sprinkler system, 2 bathrooms, a service bar, a split staircase and even heated the front brick ramp into the building for winter events. All while keeping the character and original detail everywhere we could.
