As part of a multi-phased project, starting with this building made the most sense. We knew the existing house was coming down for a new build but in building this "barn styled" three car garage with living space above, the owners did not "lose their summer". A great room, sleeping nook, reading loft, 3/4 bath and kitchenette make it just right. And even a window over the kitchen sink - looking across out a stairwell window.
