As the "second phase" of this project, we got the owners into the new "guest house" and went to work. The old house was not salvageable so it came down - but we kept the original fireplace and chimney in place (eventually adding height to the chimney as the home became two stories). As you walk in the door, you look through the stepped down great room to the lake ahead. An amazing gourmet kitchen with pantry, stylized den, screened porch and a glassed entry airlock make this a perfect full year home. Upstairs, a master suite, en suite guest room and a bunk rooms with built ins make the use of space easy and fun.
