This was already a wonderful waterfront  "cottage" but like many, was seasonal and was sitting on old sono tubes that were shot. We lifted this house up and added a full foundation under it, creating an entire new level of living space (and basically doubling the size of the house). All this yet keeping the vintage feel and style of a cottage "tucked in" and staying appropriate for it's setting. In addition, a new kitchen was designed, systems were updated and best of all, a killer screened porch was added.
