Located next door to the Pickering House Inn, the Sameul Avery Building was yet another old building in extreme disrepair.  Built in the early 1800's, the building was a part of what was known as "Bankers Row". Today, the beuilding is completed renovated, original materials are repurposed and this stylized space is now home to PAVILION Food and Spirits, the Avery Room (Private Dining and Event Space) and Revivial Body and Wellness Spa.
